How do I send money from my wallet to my bank?

Send money from your Business Wallet to a Nigerian bank account from Business → Wallets. Business verification and a wallet (virtual account) must be in place first.

Set your Transfer PIN

The first time you pay out, Sloud asks you to set a Transfer PIN. Confirm with the email OTP, create the PIN, then continue. You can Reset PIN later from Personal profile → Security if needed.

Send Money

On Wallets, tap Transfer. In Send Money, search and select a bank, enter the 10-digit account number (Sloud resolves the name), amount in ₦, and narration. Optionally Save beneficiary, then Proceed.

Confirm the payout fee and total, enter your Transaction PIN, then Send. You get a receipt you can share.

Fees

New accounts get 5 free payout transfers once. After that: ₦10,000 and below ₦20; ₦10,001 - ₦49,999 ₦40; ₦50,000 and above ₦60.
