Why is my payout pending?

A payout can stay pending while Sloud or a payment partner finishes checks. Most cases clear after verification or processing completes.

What to check

Confirm business verification is approved under Settings → Business information. Without approval, wallet setup and payouts stay locked.

On Business → Wallets, open the transfer receipt and check Status (success, pending, or failed), fee, beneficiary, and reference. Confirm the bank account number and name are correct.

Make sure your Transfer PIN / Transaction PIN flow completed. If a payout failed, try again after fixing the details, or email us with the transfer reference.
