How do I link a wallet transfer to an order?

If a customer already transferred into your Sloud wallet, you can attach that credit to a Storefront order instead of logging cash or an external transfer.

While recording a sale

Storefront → New sale → Record sale. Build the order through Items, Customer, and Review. On Payment, choose Sloud wallet (Internal), then use Link Payment to pick the matching transfer from your wallet activity.

From an existing order

Open the order under Storefront → Orders. When linking is available on that order, match the wallet transfer from there so payment status stays accurate.

Use Collect payment instead when the customer has not paid yet and you need Sloud Checkout to collect a new transfer.
