Orders
How do I update an order’s status?
Open Storefront → Orders, find the order, and open its details. Actions depend on the current fulfillment status and whether the order is delivery or pickup.
Fulfillment statuses
Orders move through Pending, Processing, In transit (delivery) or Ready for pickup (pickup), then Success. They can also end as Declined or Rejected.
What you can do
Pending: Accept Order (moves to Processing) or Decline. Processing: for delivery, Assign Courier; for pickup, Ready for Pickup. In transit or Ready for pickup: mark Delivered (Success) or Rejected. Declined, Rejected, and Success show status only.
Payment status is separate (Paid, Unpaid, Pending, Partially paid, Overpaid, Refunded). When available, use Mark for Refund or Mark as Refunded on the order.
