How do I create an order for a walk-in customer?

Walk-in, phone, and social sales use the same Storefront New sale flow. There is no separate walk-in order type. Choose Record sale if they already paid, or Collect payment if you will take payment through Sloud.

Create the sale

In Sloudfront, open Touchpoints → Storefront. Tap New sale, then Record sale or Collect payment. Add products on Items, attach or add a Customer, then Review fulfilment (Pick up or Home Delivery), discounts, and extras.

For a walk-in who paid cash or transfer already, finish with Record sale and log how they paid. If they still need to pay, use Collect payment and take payment when you finish the order.
