How do I record a cash or transfer sale?

Use Record sale when the customer has already paid outside Sloud Checkout: cash, POS, card, bank transfer, or another method you accepted yourself.

Steps

Storefront → New sale → Record sale. Build the order (Items → Customer → Review). On Payment, choose how they paid: Sloud wallet (Internal), Cash, POS, Bank transfer, Card, or Other (External).

If they paid into your Sloud wallet, use Link Payment to match the wallet transfer. For external methods, add reference and description details, then create the order.

On Review you can mark the order as already fulfilled when you handed goods over at the counter.
