How do I set pickup, delivery, and who pays fees?

Fulfilment and fee preferences apply across Storefront sales and your online shop. Set them in Settings → Preferences.

Pickup and delivery

Under Fulfilment, choose Pickup only, Delivery only, or Pickup and delivery. For delivery, add Delivery areas with a location and fee for each, then Save fulfilment. Customers see these options at checkout when Home Delivery is available.

Who pays transaction fees

Under Transaction, choose Charge me (Merchant) or Charge my customers (Customer). This controls who pays the Sloud Checkout collection fee (1.1%, capped at ₦1,500). Pay by Transfer is the live collection method today.
