How do I update my business information?

Keep your public business profile and verification details current in Settings → Business information.

What you can edit

Update business logo (PNG or JPEG, under 2MB), Business Profile fields (name, phone, email, description, address), public presence such as hours and social links, and Owner's Details when you need to correct identity or address information.

Documents and resubmission

Under Business Documents, say whether the business is registered and upload CAC details when required. If verification was rejected, fix the flagged fields and Resubmit for Verification. Approved verification is required before wallet creation and payouts.
