How do I verify my business?

Business verification unlocks your wallet and payouts. You can still sell and record orders while verification is in progress.

Where to start

In Sloudfront, open Settings → Business information. Complete each tab, then Submit for Verification. If reviewers reject something, fix it and Resubmit for Verification.

Owner's Details

Enter the owner name, email, gender, date of birth, phone, and address. Choose an ID type (International Passport, Permanent Voter's Card, NIN, or Driver's License), add the ID number, and upload the document.

Business Profile

Add Business Name, phone, email, description, and business address. Upload a business logo if you have one (PNG or JPEG, under 2MB).

Business Documents

Say whether the business is registered. If yes, enter your CAC number and upload the CAC Certificate. When everything looks right, submit and wait for approval before creating a wallet or sending payouts.
