How do I set up my Sloud account?

Sloudfront is your merchant dashboard. Create an account, verify your email, then work the Overview checklist so you can sell and get paid.

Create your account

Open front.sloud.app and choose Get started. Enter your Business Name (more than one word), personal email, first and last name, mobile number, and a password. Optional: add a referral code. Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, then tap Create Account.

We email a one-time code. On Verify email, enter the OTP and tap Verify. You can resend the code if it expires.

Finish setup on Overview

After you sign in, Overview walks you through: Choose how you sell (activate a touchpoint such as Storefront), Add what you sell, Complete your personal profile, Verify your business, and Set up your wallet.

You can start selling before business verification is complete. Payouts and wallet setup stay locked until verification is approved.

Verify your business

Go to Settings → Business information and submit Owner's Details, Business Profile, and Business Documents.

Personal profile and security

Settings → Personal profile lets you update name, email, and phone. From Security you can Reset Password or Reset Transaction PIN. Set pickup, delivery, and who pays fees in Settings → Preferences.
